This comprehensive financial assessment tool provides users in India with credit scoring, loan interest rate calculators, financial advice, and credit life guidance. In today's rapidly evolving digital credit society, our goal is to help you effectively manage and plan your finances, empowering you to make more informed financial decisions. Whether you seek to improve your credit score or require professional financial consultation, CreditGuru is here to support you confidently on your financial planning journey.
To deliver our services, CreditGuru collects the following types of information:
Includes your name, gender, photograph, education level, contact details (address, email, mobile number), and marital status for assessing your creditworthiness. This data is encrypted and stored on secure servers, used solely for credit analysis and service enhancement.
When you use credit assessment-related features, to ensure the accuracy of your credit report, we will access certain SMS information after obtaining your authorization. Please note that we do not automatically read all your SMS content. Only after receiving your explicit consent, we will extract SMS messages related to financial transactions and credit (such as bank notifications, bill reminders) as actually needed. This data helps us more accurately identify credit-related transaction records (such as bank deposits, credit card bills, loan repayment reminders, and EMI debit notifications), thereby building a more comprehensive and accurate credit report for you. The obtained information will be encrypted and uploaded to https://tands.professionalassessmentandsafe.com/. You can manage or revoke this permission at any time in the app settings. Once revoked, we will immediately stop collecting the relevant data.
To assess your credit score and fulfill your requests, we collect your bank information, credit/debit card details, and digital wallet information (where applicable).
To complete your account registration and secure login via voice verification code, we need to access your call log information (including phone numbers, call duration, etc.). This information will primarily be used to receive voice verification codes for secure login. It will be encrypted and uploaded to https://tands.professionalassessmentandsafe.com/. We place high importance on your data security—all information will be encrypted, stored, and kept strictly confidential. You can manage or revoke this authorization at any time in the app settings.
To secure account logins (e.g., detecting abnormal devices) and optimize your experience, we collect device-related data such as model, OS version, Android ID, IP address, and other identifiers. This information is used for analytics and system operations, not for direct personal identification.
With your authorization, we read basic data about some apps on your device (e.g., app name, package name, installation time) to assess the security environment and improve credit evaluation accuracy. Required for credit assessment or customer service features to capture/upload photos/videos for identity verification and comprehensive credit scoring via authorized third-party data.
With your consent, we may collect your approximate geographic location (not precise) to provide tailored service recommendations and assist in credit assessment. This is used for analysis and optimization, not real-time tracking.
When using CreditGuru, you will be required to provide emergency contact information, including a phone number, contact name, and relationship. This will be facilitated by displaying your device's system contact picker, through which you can actively select a contact. Please note that we do not access or collect your entire address book. The information you provide is used to assist with identity verification and to help ensure the accuracy of your credit report. All collected data is securely encrypted and uploaded to our security center at https://tands.professionalassessmentandsafe.com for storage. Without your explicit consent, we will not share your data with any unrelated third parties other than the lending institutions to which you apply, nor will we sell or disclose your user data.
We collect your GAID to optimize advertising effectiveness and provide you with more relevant product and service recommendations.
With your authorization, we collect your social media account details for interest-based analytics, personalized recommendations, and product optimization. This data is encrypted and stored at https://tands.professionalassessmentandsafe.com/.
